More meetings than his human setter, and no one left to supervise.
He dropped his human setter right away and books more meetings, with nothing left to babysit.

The context
Lucien founded PeakLab, a web agency that helps companies build better applications, better websites and grow their SEO. To fill his pipeline he worked with a human setter: a few meetings did come in, but he had to stay on top of him constantly, follow-ups, messages, lead quality, nothing ran on its own. A role that was supposed to save him time and demanded near-constant supervision.
Lucien switched to MimikFlow and stopped with his setter right away. The start wasn't perfect though: configuring the tool alone, he had put his ICP criteria in the target field, which skewed the whole targeting. Busy running his agency, he let the tool run misconfigured for about ten days. The MimikFlow team spotted the inversion and fixed it with him: everything changed.
“The tool is insanely good.”

Before, a human setter to supervise around the clock
With his human setter
A few meetings booked, but nothing autonomous: follow-ups, messages, lead quality, Lucien had to check everything himself, all the time. A role meant to save him time that kept taking it.
With MimikFlow
Sourcing, the personalized icebreaker, replies and follow-ups run on their own, around the clock. Conversations that feel more human than his setter's, better qualified leads, and more meetings on the calendar.
More reliable, more consistent, and feels more human than a setter running unsupervised.
His setup
With the ICP and the target back in their right fields, targeting became sharp: the right profiles, evaluated before any contact. Every first message starts from real research on the prospect, a personalized icebreaker that lands, then the AI runs replies and follow-ups on its own. Exactly the work he expected from his setter, without having to double-check behind.
The outcome
Since the fix, leads are better qualified, conversations flow more naturally, and Lucien books more meetings than he did with his human setter. He showed a real exchange to two people around him, Fahri and Nassim: stunned by the quality of the icebreaker and how naturally the conversation unfolded, the prospect had replied, said thanks, and the thread kept going without a hitch. Lucien now recommends MimikFlow on his own, including at a business event in front of setting professionals: users are now arriving through pure word of mouth.
