Free LinkedIn prospecting tools

Six calculators and generators, no sign-up, to plan your prospecting, write your messages and measure what it brings in.

In short

These six tools cover a LinkedIn prospecting campaign from end to end: how many invitations to send, which step to fix, how to write the first message and the connection note, what a setter costs and what prospecting brings in. They are free, need no sign-up and run entirely in your browser.

In which order should you use these tools?

  1. Start with the meeting calculator to know how many invitations to send each week.
  2. After a month of sending, calculate your acceptance and reply rates to find the step that holds you back.
  3. If replies are the problem, rewrite your opener with the first message generator.
  4. Write your connection notes with the examples and character counter.
  5. Before hiring, compare the cost of a human and an AI appointment setter.
  6. Finally, measure what prospecting brings in with the ROI calculator.

Where do the benchmark numbers come from?

The benchmarks in these tools come from our 2026 LinkedIn prospecting study (in French), published by MimikFlow from real sends. The meeting calculator and the acceptance rate tool use a single cohort: 50,930 invitations sent to strangers between March 7 and September 11, 2026, all at least 30 days old. In that cohort, 30.2% of invitations were accepted, 32.1% of accepted connections replied and 16.5% of replies led to an observed meeting.

They are benchmarks, not promises: they vary with the industry, the source of the prospects and the quality of the messages. The character limits in the counter come from LinkedIn's help pages, with the date they were checked.

Why are these tools free?

MimikFlow automates LinkedIn prospecting: it finds prospects, writes messages, follows up and, from the Pro plan, books meetings in your calendar. These tools show, in manual form, the method the product applies every day. You can use them without ever creating an account.
