Meetings booked in your calendar, and followed until they happen

When a prospect is ready, the AI that replies offers real time slots, books the event in your calendar, then handles the reminder, no-shows and cancellations.

MimikFlow's meeting booking connects the LinkedIn conversation to your Cal.com, Calendly, iClosed or Google Calendar. The AI only offers free slots, books the one the prospect picks and confirms. Around the meeting, it sends a same-morning reminder, rebooks after a no-show or a cancellation and can send scheduled messages.

How does the AI book a meeting?

  1. 01

    You connect your calendar

In your campaign goal, choose Cal.com, Calendly, iClosed or Google Calendar. The booking link becomes optional: the AI works directly with your availability.

  2. 02

    The AI qualifies before offering

It first answers what the prospect says, then asks the qualification questions you defined, one at a time. A blocking point left unanswered keeps booking closed.

  3. 03

    It offers real slots

The slots offered come from your calendar at the moment of the reply. A slot that is already taken is never offered.

  4. 04

    It books and confirms

When the prospect picks a slot, the event is created in your calendar and the conversation confirms the useful details. The prospect moves to goal reached.

  5. 05

    It follows the meeting

Same-morning reminder, scheduled messages, recovery after a no-show or a cancellation: the conversation stays useful before and after the meeting.

Why book the meeting inside the conversation?

An interested prospect can still slip away between two messages. You send a booking link, they keep it for later, then the week goes by. Or you offer "Tuesday or Thursday?" and they answer at 10 pm, when you are no longer there to confirm. Every back-and-forth is a chance to cool down.

With your calendar connected, the AI that replies reads your real availability and offers precise slots. When the prospect picks one, it books the event and confirms in the same conversation. You find the meeting in your calendar without having opened LinkedIn.

A link that was merely sent is never counted as a meeting. The goal reached status requires a booking confirmed by your calendar, or a written confirmation from the prospect. Your numbers therefore reflect real meetings.

What do you control around the meeting?

The meeting-day reminder

A warm reminder on the morning of the meeting, on by default. If your sending window is closed that morning, it can be skipped.

The unexpected

If the prospect does not show up or the meeting is cancelled, a blame-free message offers to rebook, with real slots. Your instructions for these messages are optional.

Scheduled messages

Up to eight messages before or after the meeting, each with its own delay, your instructions and a media file if you want: a preparation video the day before, a document after the call.

Replies after booking

The AI answers simple questions from an already booked prospect, stays quiet on thank-yous and hands over to you for a reschedule, a cancellation or a negotiation.

Qualification questions

Up to eight points to validate before offering a slot, required or not, with suggested wording the AI adapts to the conversation.

Hours

By default these messages follow the follow-up window. You can give them their own days and hours.

Which safeguards apply to meetings?

Only a real meeting counts

A link sent or a "sure, why not" is not enough: goal reached requires a real booking or a written confirmation from the prospect.

No assumed no-show

The no-show recovery only goes out if your calendar reports it. Without clear information, nothing is sent: better to miss a no-show than offend someone who attended.

Every message is reviewed

Reminders, rebooking messages and scheduled messages go through the same review as every other message before sending.

No invented contact detail

A phone number or a link is only sent if the prospect gave it or it is in your settings.

What happens after the booking?

A booked meeting does not end the relationship. If the prospect does not show up, the AI gets back in touch without blame and offers a new time. If the event is cancelled, it acknowledges it and offers to rebook. If the prospect writes again to move the meeting, the request comes back to you in the inbox, so no reschedule gets lost.

Scheduled messages prepare the meeting or keep what follows moving: sending the promised resource, recalling the next step. They are written at send time, from the real conversation, and never go out on top of a conversation waiting for a reply.

If you also use WhatsApp, messages around the meeting can go out on that channel once the prospect has shared their number.

How does the AI qualify before offering a slot?

You can define up to eight qualification points: a budget, a timeline, a team size, whatever matters to you before a call. The AI reads the whole conversation before asking anything. A point the prospect already answered on their own is never asked again, and only one missing question is asked at a time, in a natural transition, never as a questionnaire.

A blocking point left unanswered keeps booking closed. If the prospect declines to answer an optional point, the AI accepts it without pushing; if they decline a blocking point, the conversation comes back to you. Only an answer written by the prospect validates a point.

One calendar for everything, or one per client?

On Pro, one calendar serves all your campaigns. On Agency, each LinkedIn account can have its own calendar, shared by all its campaigns, and a specific campaign can get a dedicated calendar. A client's meetings therefore land in that client's calendar.

Which plan includes meeting booking?

Meeting booking and follow-through around the meeting are included in Pro and Agency, and open during the 14-day free trial. Discovery does not include the AI that replies to prospects, so no automatic booking. Calendars per account or per campaign are reserved for Agency.

What do people ask about meeting booking?

Which calendars are supported?

Cal.com, Calendly, iClosed and Google Calendar. You connect your calendar from your campaign goal, without leaving the screen.

Can the AI book without me stepping in?

Yes, when automatic booking is on for your calendar. The AI offers free slots, books the one the prospect picks and confirms in the conversation. Otherwise, it sends your booking link.

What if the prospect does not show up?

If your calendar reports a no-show or a cancellation, a blame-free message offers to rebook, with real slots. Without clear information from the calendar, nothing is sent.

Does the meeting count if I only send a link?

No. A booking link leaves the conversation open. The prospect moves to goal reached when your calendar confirms the booking or when they confirm it in writing.

What does the AI do if the prospect writes again after booking?

It answers simple questions, stays quiet on thank-yous and hands over to you for a reschedule, a cancellation or a negotiation, with a card in your inbox.

Is it available during the free trial?

Yes. The 14-day trial, with no credit card, gives Pro-level access, including the connected calendar and automatic booking.
