Your WhatsApp number becomes a channel that books calls

AI replies on WhatsApp with your offer and your voice, qualifies enquiries that come through your link, follows your meetings and live events, and takes over from LinkedIn when the number is already known.

WhatsApp in MimikFlow is a beta channel sold separately: WhatsApp follow-up at €19 per month per number with 25 credits, or Reactivation at €49 with 200 credits. AI replies with your campaign's context. MimikFlow never searches for numbers: the prospect writes to you, shares it or is in your contact base.

How do you use WhatsApp with MimikFlow?

  1. 01

    Book calls through a link

Share your WhatsApp link. AI qualifies enquiries, offers a time and sends a reminder before the call. If someone misses it or asks to reschedule, it picks up the conversation to arrange a new time.

  2. 02

Fill and convert a live event

Collect registrations through your link, schedule reminders before the event and follow up after it to work towards a call. AI first asks whether the person attended.

  3. 03

    Reactivate an imported list

With the Reactivation plan, import your known contacts, review who you can contact again and the opening message, then let AI restart conversations at a gradual pace.

  4. 04

    Back up LinkedIn

A priority prospect stays silent on LinkedIn and their number is already known and authorised? A WhatsApp follow-up can take over. Both channels stop as soon as they reply.

What is WhatsApp for in B2B prospecting?

LinkedIn is ideal for opening a relationship with a stranger. WhatsApp is ideal for what comes next: answering someone who contacts you quickly, reminding them of a meeting, reconnecting with a former client. These conversations need constant presence, and a message that arrives too late often costs the call.

MimikFlow connects your number and puts the AI behind it. It replies with your campaign's offer, voice and goal, asks the useful questions, offers a time and follows up if the person does not answer. LinkedIn and WhatsApp share the same context: a reply on one channel stops follow-ups on the other, and the same person is never followed up on both at once.

WhatsApp is still not a bulk messaging tool for strangers. MimikFlow never searches for numbers automatically. Every use case relies on a verifiable source: the prospect messages you through your link, shares their number after booking, is already known with their consent, or is part of a list you import with your right to contact them again.

What do you control on WhatsApp?

The use case of each campaign

In each campaign, you choose what the number should achieve among the four use cases, and you activate it when everything is ready.

Messages and their timing

Up to eight messages before or after a meeting or a live event, each with its delay, a goal in plain words and a media file if needed. AI writes them at send time, from the real conversation.

AI replies

The opening message, follow-ups and conversations have their own settings on WhatsApp: style, instructions, pace, qualification questions and hours.

Strangers who write to you

When someone writes without going through your link, you choose between having it handed to you or letting AI judge whether it is a prospect. When in doubt, the conversation comes back to you.

How does MimikFlow protect your number?

A gradual start

After each connection, 24 hours with no cold contact, then 3 messages a day in the first week and 5 in the second. After that, 10 a day by default with a cap of 20, follow-ups included.

Spaced-out sends

At least 90 seconds between two cold sends, and an automatic pause when too few of the conversations the number opened get a reply.

A refusal respected everywhere

A refusal or an unsubscribe stops all automation for that person, on LinkedIn as on WhatsApp.

No number searched

Without a verifiable source, no WhatsApp message is sent. MimikFlow never looks for a number on your behalf.

How do WhatsApp credits work?

A credit is not a message. It is used on the first successful send to a contact who did not start the conversation, and covers that contact on that number for 30 days. Writing to 3 contacts then sending each of them 2 follow-ups within 30 days therefore uses 3 credits, not 9.

A person who writes to you first, or verifiably shares their number, uses no credit. Importing a file does not either. Included credits renew each month and do not roll over; top-ups of 100 credits for €29 or 300 for €69 are shared across your numbers and valid for 24 months.

Having 200 credits does not guarantee 200 contacts in a month: the number's safeguards set the pace. They reduce risk but cannot guarantee that WhatsApp will never restrict a number.

Which number should you connect?

A number that has been in use for months, with real conversations. A number created for the tool gets blocked quickly after a few new conversations, and no automatic check can detect it in advance: that is why connecting asks you to confirm it.

You connect by scanning a QR code from Linked devices in WhatsApp. Connecting the number sends no message: nothing goes out until you activate a use case in a campaign.

Which plan includes WhatsApp?

WhatsApp is a beta channel, open to everyone and sold separately, with or without a LinkedIn subscription. WhatsApp follow-up covers inbound enquiries, meetings, live events and LinkedIn handoffs; Reactivation adds importing and reactivating a known contact base. There is a single free trial: LinkedIn or WhatsApp, not both.

What do people ask about WhatsApp?

Do I need a LinkedIn subscription to use WhatsApp?

No. The WhatsApp follow-up and Reactivation plans work on their own. You can also add WhatsApp follow-up to a LinkedIn plan, directly from its pricing card.

Does MimikFlow find my prospects' numbers?

No, there is no automatic search. The number comes from a message sent through your link, a reply from the prospect after booking, a number already known and authorised, or your list imported with the Reactivation plan.

Can I send bulk messages on WhatsApp?

No. WhatsApp is not a bulk messaging tool for strangers. The pace starts at 3 messages a day and stays capped to protect your number. Live event reminders, sent to registered people, are also spread over several hours.

What does the beta label mean?

The channel is open to every account, with no invitation, and it is paid. The beta label signals that it keeps evolving. The number's safeguards stay on at all times.

Is there a free trial for WhatsApp?

Yes, 14 days with no card, one number and 25 credits in total. It replaces the LinkedIn trial: only one trial is possible, on one channel or the other, and there is no automatic payment at the end.

Ready to see the machine run on your audience?

The free trial lasts 14 days, needs no credit card and runs at Pro level. You see the prospects, messages and meetings before choosing a plan.
