Base style
Fifteen ready-made styles, designed around the pairing of your offer and your audience, or your own example message. The AI draws on it for tone and structure, without ever copying it.

As soon as a prospect accepts your invitation, MimikFlow writes them a short message built from what was actually read on their profile, in your voice and with a single question.
MimikFlow's first message is written by the AI for each prospect, from their role, their company, a dated buying signal or a recent post. You choose the style, the level of formality and your instructions. Before sending, a review corrects inaccurate facts and blocks any invented information.
Once the invitation is accepted, the prospect joins the first message queue. A minimum delay, 12 hours by default, avoids writing too fast. Warm prospects, who reacted to your posts or invited you, are contacted about an hour and a half after acceptance.
Current role, company, background, dated buying signals, the prospect's post if it is under seven days old, and how they arrived: the AI only works with elements it actually read.
The chosen base style, your example message, your instructions and the level of formality shape the form. The substance changes for every prospect.
Before sending, a review checks consistency with the profile, corrects an inaccurate fact and blocks any incomplete message, for example a bracketed placeholder left empty.
One or two people per pass, within your sending days and hours, under your account's daily ceiling. Follow-ups start if the prospect does not reply.
A LinkedIn first message is read on a phone, between two notifications. If it opens by introducing you, praises your offer or asks a stranger for a call, it looks like every other message and gets no reply. What triggers a reply is a detail proving you looked at the profile, followed by a question the person can actually answer.
That is the structure MimikFlow follows by default: a hook drawn from a real fact, then a practitioner's question about the prospect's situation. No pitch, no self-introduction, no meeting request in the first line. The offer comes later, when the conversation calls for it.
If the person already wrote to you before the send, no prospecting message is pasted on top. The conversation moves straight to the next step: the AI that replies, or you.

Automatic by default and adapted to the prospect, or forced when you know exactly what you want. It matters most in languages with a formal and an informal you.
Rules applied to every message: a topic to avoid, a point to highlight, a way to close.
On a prospect's page, you can write an instruction that applies to them only. It guides their first message and the AI's replies, without touching the rest of the campaign.
On Agency, two or three versions of the first message are sent in parallel and their reply rate is measured.
The message only cites what is on the profile, in the company research or in your settings. A contact detail, a proof point or a customer result is never made up.
A post is used only if it is under seven days old and really written by the prospect. An old role is never presented as new.
If the person already wrote to you, no prospecting message is sent: the conversation continues where it stands.
As soon as the prospect replies, automated follow-ups stop and the next step goes to the AI that replies, or to you.
The fifteen base styles cover the most common situations: a freelancer writing to a founder, a firm addressing directors, a creator talking to other independents, an offer with customer cases to cite. Each one sets a tone, a register and a structure, shown with an example where bracketed placeholders mark what the AI will replace with real information.
The register follows the audience rather than the sender: independents and young founders answer a casual tone more readily, while large-company readers expect one substantive sentence before the question. At signup, the AI suggests the style that best fits your profile and audience. You remain free to pick another or write your own.
Styles that cite proof only use the customer stories you provided. With no proof available, the proof sentence disappears instead of being invented.
A prospect who came from a reaction to your post, a profile visit or an invitation they sent you receives a message that takes it into account, instead of pretending to have found their profile by chance. A first-degree connection receives a message that goes straight to the point, with no stranger's introduction.
For people found under a competitor's post, the message starts from the topic and from what they wrote, without thanking them for the reaction or implying the post was yours.
The personalized first message is included in every LinkedIn plan and during the 14-day free trial. A/B testing several versions is reserved for the Agency plan.

Yes. The style and tone stay yours, but the content is written from each person's profile: their role, their company, a dated signal or a recent post. Two prospects never receive the same text.
Yes. Choose your custom style and write one example message. The AI takes its tone and structure, then writes a different message for every prospect. Your example is never sent as is.
Not by default. The built-in styles open the conversation with a hook and a question, because asking for a call in the first message often lowers replies. If you want a direct ask, say so in your instructions.
The pace follows your sending window and your LinkedIn account limits: one or two people per pass, never in bursts. The real volume mostly depends on how many invitations are accepted.
Follow-ups stop. On Pro and Agency, the AI that replies takes the conversation towards your goal. On Discovery, the conversation is handed to you in the inbox.
The free trial lasts 14 days, needs no credit card and runs at Pro level. You see the prospects, messages and meetings before choosing a plan.
