The HeyReach alternative that replies and books the meeting

HeyReach spreads your sends across several LinkedIn accounts and gathers conversations in one shared inbox. When a prospect replies, your team writes back. MimikFlow takes over from there: it replies, books a real slot and follows up around the meeting.

MimikFlow is the HeyReach alternative for people prospecting with 1 to 5 LinkedIn accounts who want to hand off the conversation. HeyReach runs many accounts and classifies replies, but advertises no AI that replies and no meeting booking. MimikFlow replies on its own within your sending hours, books an open slot in your calendar, then handles the reminder and no-shows. 14-day trial, no card.

What is HeyReach?

HeyReach is a LinkedIn automation tool created in 2023 and sold by an Estonian company, HeyReach Inc OÜ. It targets agencies and teams sending from many accounts: sender rotation, a shared inbox, one workspace per client and white label. It is billed per LinkedIn account, $79 a month before VAT on Growth, or $999 a month for 25 accounts on Agency.

Detailed analysis of HeyReach

HeyReach is built for multi-account volume: you connect your LinkedIn accounts, import lists from Sales Navigator, LinkedIn search, an event, post reactions or a CSV, and a campaign spreads its sends across the accounts on its own. Every reply lands in one shared inbox, and the app's AI classifies it as interested, not interested or generic. It does not answer it: to have an AI write, HeyReach suggests plugging your own assistant, Claude or ChatGPT, into its MCP server, or its Done for you offer, a custom-quoted service. No calendar connection is advertised, and email goes through Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison. MimikFlow does the opposite: it does not target dozens of accounts, but it finds prospects from your target, answers them with its AI Setter, books an open slot and follows up around the meeting. The right choice depends on your bottleneck: the number of accounts to run, or the time spent in conversations.

What happens when a prospect replies?

With HeyReach, the reply lands in the shared inbox and the AI classifies it: interested, not interested or generic. Then your team writes back. Its help center does not describe replies sent by AI inside the app; the only route is your own assistant plugged in via MCP, which can draft follow-ups and respond to warm leads from the chat.

With MimikFlow, this is where the AI Setter takes over, from the Pro plan. It reads the whole thread, replies on its own within your sending hours, asks the questions you set before offering a slot and handles objections. A delicate request comes back to your inbox instead of going out blindly.

What does each tool cost depending on the number of accounts?

The two price lists do not read the same way. HeyReach shows prices in US dollars, excluding VAT, billed per LinkedIn account. MimikFlow shows prices in euros, including 20% French VAT. Here is the monthly cost with no commitment, calculated by us from both public price lists.

With 1 account, MimikFlow is cheaper to start, and its Pro plan includes the AI that replies. With 5 accounts, the two prices get close. Beyond that, HeyReach stands alone: MimikFlow stops at 5 accounts, while HeyReach's Agency plan gives 25 for $999.

What are the limitations of HeyReach?

The app's AI classifies replies but does not advertise sending any: it takes your team or your own assistant plugged in via MCP

No calendar connection is advertised; calendar links go through the third-party tool Weezly

Nothing is advertised around the meeting: reminders, follow-up after a no-show or a cancellation

Email goes through Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison, paid separately with your account there

Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT; a single account costs $79 a month

On Agency and Unlimited, you bring your own proxies

Why choose MimikFlow over HeyReach?

Replies sent, not just classified

HeyReach classifies each reply and leaves your team to write. The MimikFlow Setter replies itself within your sending hours, handles objections, offers real slots and hands over when a case calls for it.

A real slot booked, then followed up

MimikFlow books an open slot in Cal.com, Calendly, iClosed or Google Calendar, sends a reminder on the morning of the meeting and offers to reschedule after a no-show or a cancellation. HeyReach advertises no meeting booking.

Prospects found for you

HeyReach automates the lists you import. MimikFlow starts from your target described in a few lines and adds your profile visitors, the people who react to your posts, the invitations you receive and the audience of your competitors' posts.

A price in euros for 1 to 5 accounts

€49 a month VAT included to start, €97 with the AI Setter, against $79 per account before VAT at HeyReach. Up to 5 accounts, MimikFlow stays in the same range, with the AI that replies on top.

Real scenarios where MimikFlow outperforms HeyReach

Your prospects reply, but nobody has time to write back within the hour: the Setter replies on its own, within your sending hours

You want meetings booked in real slots of your calendar, not links pasted by hand

You prospect with one to five accounts and no longer want to build your lists yourself

You prefer a price in euros, VAT included, with the AI that replies included

When is HeyReach the better choice?

You run many LinkedIn accounts for clients: 25 accounts for $999 a month, white label and one workspace per client, while MimikFlow stops at 5 accounts.

You want to spread one campaign's sends automatically across several sender accounts.

Your team answers prospects itself and mostly needs a shared inbox.

You already send email from Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison and want LinkedIn in the same flow.

How to switch from HeyReach to MimikFlow

1

Pause the HeyReach campaigns that use your LinkedIn account: one automation tool per account avoids duplicate messages.

2

Create your MimikFlow account: the AI prepares your target from your website, then you connect LinkedIn. The 14-day trial starts then, with no credit card.

3

Add your exclusions: the companies and profiles already contacted with HeyReach. To bring a list over, import it by pasting profile links or a CSV file.

4

Connect your Cal.com, Calendly, iClosed or Google Calendar in your campaign goal, so the AI books real slots and sends the reminder on the day.

5

In Test the AI, play two or three objections you often hear and adjust your instructions, then turn the campaign on.

The verdict: MimikFlow vs HeyReach

HeyReach is the tool for agencies running many LinkedIn accounts: sender rotation, a shared inbox, white label and 25 accounts for $999 a month. It stops where the conversation starts: replies are classified, not written, and the meeting is not booked. If you prospect with 1 to 5 accounts and your time goes into replies and meetings, MimikFlow Pro does that work for you for €97 a month VAT included, after a 14-day trial with no card.

Frequently asked questions: MimikFlow vs HeyReach

What is the best HeyReach alternative?

It depends on what you want to replace. If you want an AI that replies to LinkedIn prospects itself and books the meeting, with 1 to 5 accounts, MimikFlow is built for that, from Pro at €97 a month VAT included. If you run dozens of accounts for clients with a team that answers, HeyReach is hard to beat on price per account and white label.

How much does HeyReach cost?

Growth costs $79 per LinkedIn account per month before VAT, $59 from 10 accounts. Agency costs $999 a month for 25 accounts or $1,399 for 50, and Unlimited $2,999 for up to 300 accounts. Every plan is detailed in our HeyReach review.

Does HeyReach reply to prospects for me?

Not in the app, according to its public pages: its AI classifies each prospect's first reply, and your team writes back. You can plug your own AI assistant into its MCP server to draft or reply from the chat. The MimikFlow Setter, from Pro, replies on its own and offers real slots.

Can HeyReach book meetings?

No meeting booking is advertised. Its help center describes Weezly, a third-party tool that provides calendar links to insert in your messages. MimikFlow, from Pro, books an open slot in your calendar and sends a reminder on the morning of the meeting.

Can I use HeyReach and MimikFlow on the same LinkedIn account?

Better not. Two automation tools on one LinkedIn account add up their actions and may write twice to the same person. If you switch to MimikFlow, first pause the HeyReach campaigns on that account and exclude prospects already contacted.
