What is HeyReach and who is it for?

HeyReach is a LinkedIn outreach automation tool created in 2023, which its makers describe as the first one built for agencies. The company that sells it, HeyReach Inc OÜ, is registered in Estonia. Its homepage sums up the promise: unlimited senders for one fixed cost. You connect several LinkedIn accounts, launch a campaign, and HeyReach spreads the sends across those accounts.

Prospects come from what you import: LinkedIn search (up to 1,000 per import, free accounts work), Sales Navigator (2,500 per import), Recruiter, event attendees, people who reacted to a post (10,000 per import, commenters are not included), a CSV file or HubSpot. HeyReach does not advertise a prospect database of its own. Sequences chain connection requests, messages, profile views and likes, and every conversation lands in one shared inbox where a teammate can reply on a colleague's behalf.

On the AI side, the app classifies each prospect's first reply (interested, not interested, generic) and produces voice notes in the sender's voice, a feature still in beta. Writing messages and replies goes through your own AI assistant, Claude or ChatGPT, plugged into HeyReach through its MCP server or its command-line tool. HeyReach does not send email itself: email steps go through Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison, with your own account there.

Who the tool is built for

  • Agencies running prospecting for many clients, each with its own workspace and LinkedIn accounts
  • Teams that want more sender accounts and automatic rotation of sends between them
  • Teams already sending email from Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison who want LinkedIn in the same flow
  • Technical operators who drive campaigns from Claude, ChatGPT, an API or webhooks

How much does HeyReach cost in 2026?

HeyReach charges per connected LinkedIn account, not per user: adding a teammate, an assistant or a client costs nothing. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT, according to its help center. Growth costs $79 per account per month, $59 from 10 accounts. Agency bundles 25 accounts for $999 a month or 50 accounts for $1,399, and Unlimited goes up to 300 accounts for $2,999. Quarterly billing takes off 10% and yearly billing 20%.

What do users say about HeyReach?

On October 23, 2026, HeyReach showed 4.6/5 on G2 from 74 reviews, 4.1/5 on Trustpilot from 52 reviews and 5/5 on Capterra from only 2 reviews. Its homepage displays 4.7 while linking to the same G2 page. Trustpilot notes that the company has not invited customers recently, so the sample may not be representative.

The rating is strong on G2, where sales teams and agencies write most reviews, and more mixed on Trustpilot. With fewer than 80 reviews per platform, these scores show a trend, not a measurement.

What are HeyReach's strengths?

  • Built for multiple accounts

You connect as many LinkedIn accounts as your plan allows, and a campaign spreads its sends between them on its own. Rotation is on by default from two accounts.

  • One inbox for the whole team

LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter messages from every account land in one place. A teammate can reply on someone else's behalf, with saved replies and voice notes.

  • Clear pricing for agencies

Agency gives 25 accounts for $999 a month, about $40 per account, with white label, done-for-you onboarding and accounts shared across client workspaces. Users are free.

  • An open tool

API, webhooks, Zapier, Make, n8n, Clay, HubSpot and an MCP server included from Growth: you can launch a campaign or read your replies from Claude or ChatGPT.

  • A trial with no catch

14 days with no credit card and 3 accounts, and the trial simply ends instead of turning paid. A 30-day version can be requested for the larger plans.

What are HeyReach's limits?

  • No AI that replies for you

The app classifies each prospect's first reply but does not advertise replies sent by AI. To have an AI reply, you go through your own assistant plugged in via MCP, or through Done for you, a custom-quoted service where a dedicated person replies with AI systems.

  • No meeting booking

No calendar connection is advertised. The only documented route is Weezly, a third-party tool with its own account that provides calendar links to drop into your messages. Nothing is advertised around the meeting either: reminders, no-show follow-up.

  • Email runs through other tools

Email steps add the lead to Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison, using your API key there. You pay for two tools to run a LinkedIn and email sequence, and the Instantly integration is not available under white label.

  • Expensive for a single account

At $79 per month before VAT for one account, billed in dollars, HeyReach costs more than most tools for a solo user. Its value grows with the number of accounts.

  • Safety rules to read closely

Its help center states a cap of 200 connection requests per week and per account in an August 2026 article, and about 100 in an older one. On Agency and Unlimited you bring your own proxies. HeyReach itself wrote on its blog that LinkedIn removed its company page on March 25, 2026 and restricted its leaders' profiles.

When is HeyReach the better choice?

  • You run an agency with many LinkedIn accounts: 25 accounts for $999 a month, white label and one workspace per client, while MimikFlow stops at 5 accounts.
  • You want more sender accounts and automatic rotation of one campaign's sends across them.
  • You already send email from Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison and want one LinkedIn and email sequence.
  • Your team answers prospects itself and mostly needs a well-organized shared inbox.
  • You want to drive campaigns from Claude, ChatGPT, an API or webhooks, from the first plan.

And when does MimikFlow fit better?

  • You want the AI to reply to prospects itself and book the meeting on real slots in your calendar: that is the AI Setter, from Pro at €97 a month.
  • You want follow-through around the meeting: a reminder, recovery after a no-show or a cancellation, scheduled messages before and after.
  • You prospect with 1 to 5 LinkedIn accounts and want MimikFlow to find prospects from your target, without building lists.
  • You prefer a price in euros, VAT included, starting at €49 a month for one account.

What is our verdict on HeyReach?

HeyReach is a very good agency tool. Sender rotation, the shared inbox, white label and a fixed price for 25 or 50 accounts fit exactly what anyone running LinkedIn prospecting for several clients needs. For a solo user with one account, $79 a month before VAT is a lot for a tool that does not reply for you.

Its limit is what comes after the prospect replies. The app classifies the reply but does not answer it or book anything: that takes your team, your own AI assistant plugged in through MCP, or the custom-quoted Done for you service. Email goes through another paid tool.

MimikFlow offers neither white label nor rotation across dozens of accounts. It focuses on 1 to 5 LinkedIn accounts, but prospect search, the AI Setter's replies, booking on real slots and meeting follow-through come in the same subscription. If you run many accounts for clients, HeyReach is built for that. If you want to hand off the conversation all the way to the meeting, try MimikFlow for 14 days.

Does HeyReach's AI reply to prospects?

Not in the app, according to its public pages: the AI classifies each prospect's first reply (interested, not interested, generic). To write or reply with AI, HeyReach suggests plugging your own assistant, Claude or ChatGPT, into its MCP server. Its custom-quoted Done for you offer adds a dedicated person who replies with AI systems.

Does HeyReach book meetings?

No meeting booking is advertised in the app. Its help center describes an integration with Weezly, a third-party tool that provides calendar links to insert in your messages. Booking and meeting follow-through stay with you or your team.

Does HeyReach send emails?

Is HeyReach safe for my LinkedIn account?

No automation tool removes the risk of a LinkedIn restriction, MimikFlow included. HeyReach advertises up to 40 connection requests per day and per account, 25 by default, an automatic freeze near the limits and a proxy per account, which you supply yourself on Agency and Unlimited. It states itself that LinkedIn's terms ban any automation software, its own included. MimikFlow also caps at 40 invitations a day and applies a weekly cap tied to your LinkedIn subscription.
