Each person's rights
See campaigns and prospects, see statistics, read or act in the inbox, edit settings, run prospecting, import prospects, test the AI, connect an AI assistant. Each right is ticked separately.
Agency plan
With the Agency plan, each client has their LinkedIn account, campaigns, calendar and access, while you keep the overview and the settings in one workspace.
MimikFlow's multi-account is included in the Agency plan at $167 per month: two LinkedIn accounts included, then $79 per month for each extra account, up to five connected accounts. Each account keeps its own safety limits, campaigns and calendar, and each client can get limited access to their own account.
In Settings, a single Add account button: you enter the credentials, or you send your client a connection link. They connect their LinkedIn on a secure page, without creating a MimikFlow account, and their password never appears in your workspace.
Each campaign is tied to a LinkedIn account. You can run several offers in parallel for the same client, and duplicate a campaign that works.
Read-only client, collaborator or custom rights: each person only sees the account you give them.
Search, invitations, messages and meetings move forward in parallel, each under the limits of its own LinkedIn account.
An agency prospecting for its clients quickly juggles different LinkedIn accounts, audiences, offers and calendars. With one tool per client, settings drift, numbers are scattered and nobody knows who already contacted whom.
In MimikFlow, each client has their connected LinkedIn account and their campaigns, with their own audience, offer, voice and goal. The machine runs for each of them, and you switch from one client to another in the same workspace. Safety limits stay attached to each account: adding a campaign or a client never multiplies an account's volume.
The overview stays in one place: a campaign switcher grouped by account, an account filter on prospects and on the inbox, a side-by-side comparison of your campaigns on the dashboard, and a single subscription for everything.
See campaigns and prospects, see statistics, read or act in the inbox, edit settings, run prospecting, import prospects, test the AI, connect an AI assistant. Each right is ticked separately.
Accounts grouped in the same pool never prospect the same person. An account without a pool stays independent.
Each LinkedIn account can have its own calendar, shared by its campaigns, and a specific campaign can get a dedicated calendar.
Events such as a reply or a goal reached can be sent to your tools, with a filter per account so clients are never mixed.
Two or three versions of the first message, sent in parallel and measured on their reply rate.
Invitations, messages and profile reads are counted for each LinkedIn account. Two campaigns on the same account share its ceiling.
A client only sees the campaigns, conversations and numbers of their own account. Removing access takes effect immediately.
Removing a secondary account pauses its campaigns and stops its billing, without deleting prospects or conversations.
A tag can be limited to one campaign and a webhook to one account, so one client's data never shows up at another's.
The read-only client role lets your client follow their prospecting: campaigns, prospects, statistics and conversations of their account, with the ability to test the AI and connect their AI assistant, without changing anything. The collaborator role adds action: replying in the inbox, adjusting settings, starting or pausing prospecting, importing prospects. You can also build custom rights.
Custom rights let you tick exactly what someone can do: a salesperson who only replies in the inbox, a client who adjusts their offer without starting prospecting.
Each person gets their own access, tied to the account you give them. They never see other clients, and billing stays with you. If you grant the right, they can also connect their own AI assistant, which only acts on that account.
In Settings, choose Add account, then the invitation by link. Your client gets a page with a single action: connecting their LinkedIn on a secure page. They have no MimikFlow account to create, and this page gives them access to no campaign and no conversation.
The link is valid for seven days; resending it renews it and invalidates the old one. A pending invitation already reserves a place among your accounts. Connecting alone starts no prospecting: the campaign created stays paused until you activate it.
The Agency plan costs $167 per month and includes two LinkedIn accounts. Each extra account costs $79 per month, tax included, up to five connected accounts. The price of an added account is confirmed before any payment, and the first payment is prorated.
Several campaigns per account, calendars per account or per campaign, A/B testing, webhooks and client access are included in the plan. From your AI assistant, a single MCP connection can run all your client accounts.
If activity slows down, the Agency plan lets you pause payment for 30, 60 or 90 days, without cutting access or automations.
Multi-account is reserved for the Agency plan, at $167 per month with two LinkedIn accounts included. It is not open during the free trial, which runs at Pro level with a single account.

No. You can send them a connection link: they enter their credentials on a secure page, without creating a MimikFlow account, and their password never appears in your workspace. The link is valid for seven days.
By default, each account prospects independently. If you group accounts in the same prospect pool, a person contacted by one will never be contacted by the other.
No. Each LinkedIn account has its own limits, based on its LinkedIn subscription type. Adding an account adds its own capacity, never raising the others'.
Yes. The read-only client role shows their campaigns, prospects, statistics and conversations, without letting them change the settings.
Its campaigns are paused and its billing stops. Its prospects and conversations are kept, and the people who had access to that account lose it.
