Weekly target
The number of invitations you aim for each week, within the limit of your LinkedIn account type. MimikFlow holds that pace every day.

MimikFlow invites your kept prospects every day, spreads the sends across the day and respects a weekly ceiling set by your type of LinkedIn account.
MimikFlow's connection requests only go to prospects that are already scored. Volume follows your weekly target, without exceeding 100 invitations a week on a free LinkedIn account, 200 on Premium or Sales Navigator, and 40 a day across all campaigns. Acceptance is detected automatically.
An invitation only goes to a profile that has been read, scored and accepted by your audience, your do-not-contact list and your exclusions.
Your weekly target, capped by your account type, is split into a daily pace. The screen shows you the approximate number of invitations per day.
One or two per pass, with pauses between sends. Prospects who already showed interest, for example by reacting to your post, go first.
As soon as the prospect accepts, they move to the first message step. With no answer after the delay you choose, 30 days by default, they are filed as an unanswered invitation, never deleted.
LinkedIn reacts more to bursts than to a reasonable total. Fifty invitations sent in ten minutes look like a bot; the same number spread across the day looks like someone prospecting seriously. Yet many tools send invitations in batches, then catch up on missed days all at once.
MimikFlow starts from your weekly target and spreads it over the days. Each pass sends only one or two invitations, spaced out, between 8 am and 11 pm in your timezone. The weekly total never exceeds the limit of your account type, and the daily total stays under 40, however many campaigns share that account.
When LinkedIn signals a limit, sending stops for that account. The next day it resumes at the normal pace, without trying to make up for the lost day. It is slower in the moment, and it is exactly what protects your account over time.

Set in hours, 12 hours by default. It avoids writing right after someone is added, and stays shorter for warm prospects.
The number of days after which an unaccepted invitation is filed as such. The prospect stays in MimikFlow and receives no message.
An option, off by default, withdraws invitations pending for 30, 45, 60 or 90 days, at most 20 a day per account. The recipient is not notified.
Your rules for accepting or declining incoming invitations. An accepted profile that fits your audience becomes a warm prospect.
Adding a campaign never multiplies volume. Campaigns on the same account share its weekly limit and its 40 invitations a day.
After a limit signalled by LinkedIn, sending resumes at the base pace, never in a burst to make up for lost time.
If the LinkedIn connection is no longer valid, sending stops instead of piling up errors, and you are told to reconnect your account.
Excluded companies, names and profiles are checked just before the invitation, even if the prospect came from an older list.
In the MimikFlow 2026 Observatory, 30.2% of the 50,930 invitations at least 30 days old were accepted. The rate varies a lot by sector, from 20.4% in real estate to 36.4% in data and artificial intelligence. A real estate campaign therefore needs noticeably more invitations to open the same number of conversations.
An invitation is decided quickly: 64% of acceptances arrive on the day it is sent, and 92.8% within a week. That is why an invitation left unanswered for weeks rarely converts, and why MimikFlow files it after a delay you choose.
The best lever remains the audience. An invitation sent to a profile that truly fits your offer is accepted more often, and the first message that follows has a real reason to exist.
These ceilings follow your LinkedIn account type: 100 a week for a free account, 200 for a Premium, Sales Navigator or Recruiter account. They apply over a rolling seven days, on top of the 40 invitations a day ceiling.
On Discovery, search brings up to 100 new targeted prospects a week. On Pro and Agency the number of prospects is not capped, so your LinkedIn account limit sets the pace of invitations.
LinkedIn also applies its own limit, sometimes lower on some accounts. When it refuses an invitation for that reason, MimikFlow pauses the account until the next day and only tries again once a day, instead of insisting on every pass. The pause applies to every campaign on the account.
Automated connection requests are included in every LinkedIn plan and during the free trial. The ceiling depends on your LinkedIn account type, not on your MimikFlow plan. On Agency, each connected account has its own limits.

At most 40 a day per account, across all campaigns. In practice the daily pace is your weekly target spread over seven days, about 15 a day for a target of 100 invitations a week.
No, the invitation is sent without a note. The personalized message comes after acceptance, written from the prospect's profile, with more room than an invitation note.
After the delay you choose, 30 days by default, the prospect is filed as an unanswered invitation. They stay in MimikFlow, receive no message and are not treated as a refusal.
Invitations go out every day, from 8 am to 11 pm in your timezone, so your weekly limit is not wasted. First messages and follow-ups follow your own sending days and hours.
No. Limits belong to the LinkedIn account. Two campaigns on the same account share its weekly and daily ceilings. On Agency, each connected account has its own limits.
