Relevance filter
Your audience, import all, or custom criteria. For a person you chose by name, import all prevents a filter from ruling them out.

A list of profiles, the reactions to a post or an export from your old tool: MimikFlow imports them into your campaign, reads every profile, filters by your audience and contacts them at the pace your account can handle.
MimikFlow's prospect import accepts three inputs: pasted LinkedIn profile links, up to 2,000 per import, the people who liked or commented on a post, and a CSV file. Every profile is read and, if you wish, filtered by your audience before joining the normal journey. A long list is processed over several days.
Pasted profile links, one per line; the link to a LinkedIn post whose likes, comments or both you want; or a CSV file dropped into the import window.
By your saved audience, which is recommended, import everyone without a filter, or describe criteria that apply to this import only.
A long list is not cut: it waits and is processed over several days, at the reading pace LinkedIn allows on your account. Each prospect appears with an enrichment in progress tag, then gets qualified.
Invitation, first message, follow-ups: every imported prospect follows the same steps as the others. Your first-degree connections go straight in as warm prospects, with no connection request.
Sometimes you already have the list: event attendees, contacts from an old tool, a hand-picked selection, the people who commented on a post that did well. Re-entering them one by one takes hours, and dumping them into a bulk tool puts your account at risk.
MimikFlow's import brings these people into the same machine as your other prospects. Every profile is read on LinkedIn, compared with your audience if you ask, deduplicated, then contacted with a personalized message, at the same pace as the rest. The list is a starting point, not a mass send.
It also works for a single person you met: paste their profile, choose import all, and the machine takes it from there.
Your audience, import all, or custom criteria. For a person you chose by name, import all prevents a filter from ruling them out.
For an import from a post, you can ask the first message to mention the prospect's reaction.
By default, a profile you already have a conversation with is skipped. You can choose to hand it to the AI, which then takes over the whole history.
For a CSV, columns are recognised automatically: name, LinkedIn profile, role, company, status, tags, notes. Only the LinkedIn profile column is required.
A contact already won or already ruled out in your old tool can come in as an archive, without being contacted again.
A profile waiting in the queue receives no invitation and no message until it has been read and scored.
Someone already in the campaign is not recreated by a new import.
If your file states a status that LinkedIn contradicts, for example an existing connection, LinkedIn's reality wins.
Companies, names and profiles excluded from your campaign are respected, even in an imported list.
A post that did well, yours or someone else's, gathers people interested in a precise topic. By pasting its link, you import those who liked it, commented on it, or both. It is the one-off version of the competitors' audience: useful for a specific post, without following an account over time.
For people reacting to your own post, the first message can mention their reaction if you tick the option. It then opens on that gesture instead of pretending to have found the profile by chance.
Export your database as CSV and drop the file into the import. Columns are recognised automatically and you fix the mapping if needed. Contacts without a LinkedIn profile are skipped, those already in MimikFlow are flagged.
The status step lets you say where each contact stood: a won client or a ruled-out person comes in as an archive and receives nothing. Contacts still in play go through profile reading and the usual checks, then resume at the right point of the journey.
When your file and LinkedIn disagree, LinkedIn wins: a contact your old tool still lists as invited, but who is already connected to you, resumes from the step LinkedIn shows.
Import is for when you already have a list: attendees, a database, a hand-picked selection. Search is for when you start from a description of your ideal customer and want a continuous flow. The competitors' audience is for when you want people who just showed interest in your topic.
All three share the same profile reading, the same exclusions and the same contact pace. You can use them together and rank their order in your queue. An import always targets one campaign: its prospects are scored against that campaign's audience and contacted with its offer and voice.
Prospect import is included in Pro and Agency, and open during the 14-day free trial. It is not available on Discovery. On Agency, a collaborator can import into their account's campaigns if you grant them the right.

By default they are skipped and the conversation is left untouched. You can tick the option that hands it to the AI: the history is imported and, if your last message went unanswered, the AI will reply to it.
On Agency, yes, if you grant them the import right: they can add profiles, a post's audience or a CSV file to the campaigns of the account you assigned them.
