What is Kanbox and who is it for?
Kanbox is published in France by QUARDLY, a simplified joint-stock company based in Pérols, near Montpellier. The tool was born in May 2023 and has been sold since January 2024. It describes itself as a LinkedIn automation tool to manage several accounts, import prospects, run sequences and track conversations in Kanban pipelines.
Prospects come from what you import: LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator, Recruiter Lite, event attendees, people who reacted to a post, a list of profile URLs or a CSV file of up to 1,000 rows. Kanbox does not advertise a prospect database of its own, and Sales Navigator is not required. Sequences chain profile visits, follows, likes, connection requests, messages and up to 6 follow-ups. Each campaign creates its own pipeline, and the LinkedIn inbox is synced with its tags.
The AI writes messages from your instructions and a PDF knowledge base. On Pro and Agency, a reply agent works in two modes according to its help center: in Assist mode it suggests replies you approve; in Autopilot mode it replies on its own. For the meeting, the same article talks about offering a calendar link. Kanbox's own site displays "4.8 based on 297 reviews" attributed to Capterra, a count no rating page we read shows; on AppSumo, where the tool was also sold, it shows 4.6/5 from 104 reviews.
Ratings are therefore good wherever there are enough reviews to judge. The 297-review figure the publisher highlights should be read with caution.

Its help center describes an agent that offers a calendar link in the conversation. No calendar connection is documented, even though a marketing page talks about booking calls directly. Nothing is advertised around the meeting: reminders, no-show follow-up.
A site that contradicts itself
The Chrome extension is required by the terms of use and described by the help center, while marketing pages say there is none. The number of campaigns, the price unit and what the trial includes also change from page to page. Check what matters to you during the trial.
No email in sequences
The pricing page and the help center list LinkedIn steps only, and the publisher's own review page says email plus LinkedIn prospecting does not exist yet, announcing it as coming soon.
The AI that replies costs €80 per account
The reply agent only comes with Pro, at €80 per LinkedIn account per month on monthly billing. Starter has no AI messages, Essential no reply agent.
Limits that only cover campaigns
Kanbox recommends about 20 connection requests a day, at most 100 a week. But the limits you set only apply to automated campaigns, not to manual or bulk actions. Its terms of use warn that the tool may lead you to breach LinkedIn's terms.

Kanbox is an honest French tool to automate LinkedIn without spending much. At €15 a month billed yearly, with Kanban pipelines and a 15-day trial with no card, it suits a freelancer who builds their own lists and wants them to run.
Its reply agent on Pro goes further than most tools at this price: it can reply on its own. But the meeting stops at a calendar link, nothing is advertised around it, and the site contradicts itself on concrete points such as the Chrome extension or email. Test those points during the trial.
