We went through Waalaxy's pricing page, help center and review pages on 30 September 2026. Here is what it really costs, what it does well and where it stops.

AI replies and meeting booking live in Waalaxy AI, a separate product still in beta.

What is Waalaxy and who is it for?
Waalaxy is a LinkedIn outreach automation tool launched in 2019, with a support team based in France. You import prospects from LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator, Recruiter Lite or a CSV file, pick one of 99+ ready-made sequences, and the tool sends the invitations, messages and follow-ups. It can also target people who react to your posts or to competitors' posts. The Business plan adds email to the same sequence.
Since July 2026 Waalaxy has run fully in the cloud: its help center says the Chrome extension was removed from the Chrome Web Store. The built-in AI mostly helps you write and sort: messages drafted from your ideal customer profile and value proposition, suggestions to improve a sequence, and detection of positive replies.
Waalaxy also markets Waalaxy AI on a separate page, in early access at $99 per month. That agent starts from your website to define the target, sources prospects, writes the messages and runs the conversations up to the booked meeting. It is still in beta, and it is the product to look at if you want an AI that replies for you.

How much does Waalaxy cost in 2026?
Waalaxy charges per user. Its main plans are shown in euros on both the French and the English pricing pages, while the separate Waalaxy AI page shows 99 € in French and $99 in English. You can pay monthly, quarterly (20% off) or yearly (50% off, paid upfront). The pricing page opens on the yearly prices shown per month, which is where the widely quoted €19, €49 and €69 come from. Month to month, the same plans cost €39, €99 and €139 per user per month. The LinkedIn Inbox and Waalaxy AI are paid on top.

- No free plan on the pricing page. The help center (1 July 2026) says you can browse the app on any plan, but importing prospects and launching campaigns needs a paid subscription.
- The LinkedIn Inbox (reply templates, scheduled follow-ups, tags, CRM export) is an optional €20 per month add-on with no commitment, after 500 free conversations.
- Quarterly billing comes to €31, €79 and €109 per user per month. Upgrading or adding a seat is charged pro rata for the rest of the period.
- Extra Email Finder credits are sold separately with volume discounts; their price is not published.
What do users say about Waalaxy?
On 30 September 2026 Waalaxy showed 4.8/5 on Trustpilot from 1,298 reviews, with 82% five-star and 3% one-star ratings and 401 reviews in the last 12 months. Trustpilot notes the company has not invited reviews recently. On Capterra it scores 4.4/5 from 253 reviews, with 4.3 for ease of use and 4.5 for customer service. The G2 page could not be read.
Recent Trustpilot reviews mostly praise how easy the tool is and how quickly support answers. The visible negative reviews describe specific cases: a refund that took longer than the customer expected, a user who says his invitations showed up as sponsored (Waalaxy disputes it in its reply), and a login alert from another country that the company attributes to the server assigned to the account. These are individual cases.
What are Waalaxy's strengths?
A low entry price on yearly billing
Pro drops to €19 per user per month when you pay for the year. For automated LinkedIn invitations, messages and follow-ups, that is a modest budget, as long as you are fine paying twelve months upfront.
Built for beginners
99+ ready-made sequences and imports straight from regular LinkedIn search. Waalaxy says 75% of its users had never done outreach before, and recent reviews mostly praise how simple it is.
LinkedIn and email in one campaign
The Business plan adds cold email sequences, automated email follow-ups and 500 email finder credits a month. Both channels are set up in the same campaign, with no second tool.
Integrations from the first plans
CRM sync (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and 2,000+ tools) comes with Pro. The API, Make, Zapier and n8n arrive with Advanced, along with an MCP connector that lets Claude read your lists and add prospects to them.
Nothing to install
Since July 2026 Waalaxy runs fully in the cloud and works from any browser. An optional extension only speeds up imports.
What are Waalaxy's limits?
The headline price assumes a year upfront
The pricing page opens on yearly prices. Month to month, Pro goes from €19 to €39, Advanced from €49 to €99 and Business from €69 to €139 per user per month.
300 invitations a month on Pro
The entry plan is capped at 300 invitations per month. You need Advanced or Business to reach 800, the highest figure Waalaxy shows.
Email only on Business
Pro and Advanced do not include email sequences and stop at 25 email finder credits a month. Multichannel starts at €69 per user per month billed yearly, or €139 month to month.
The Inbox costs extra
The organized inbox (reply templates, scheduled follow-ups, tags, CRM export) is €20 per month once the 500 free conversations are used.
No AI replies in the main plans
Pro, Advanced and Business sell sequences: you answer the replies and set the meeting yourself. Conversation handling is advertised in Waalaxy AI, a separate beta product, and the help center says the MCP connector cannot reply to leads yet.

When is Waalaxy the better choice?
- Your budget is tight and you can pay a year upfront: Pro at €19 per month covers basic LinkedIn sequences.
- You want LinkedIn and email in one sequence with email finding included: that is the Business plan, and MimikFlow does not run email sequences.
- You prefer to build your own lists from Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite and write your own messages.
- Your team needs an API, Make, Zapier or n8n from €49 per month billed yearly, while MimikFlow keeps webhooks for its Agence plan.
And when does MimikFlow fit better?
- You want the AI to answer prospects and book real slots in your calendar (Calendly, Cal.com, iClosed) within the same subscription: that is the AI Setter, from Pro at €97 per month.
- You do not want to build lists: you describe your target in a few lines and MimikFlow finds up to 100 qualified prospects a week from Découverte.
- You want follow-through after the booking: a reminder before the meeting, recovery after a no-show or cancellation, and a return at the date the prospect asked for.
- You want to prioritize with dated buying signals (new job, hiring, fundraising) or continue the conversation on WhatsApp, an option at €19 per month per number.
What is our verdict on Waalaxy?
Waalaxy remains a good tool for automating LinkedIn sequences, and the Business plan adds a real email layer. Read the pricing carefully though: the €19, €49 and €69 you see first are yearly prices, paying month to month doubles the bill, the Inbox is extra and you need a paid plan to launch any campaign.
The real question is what you expect from the AI. On Pro, Advanced and Business it helps you write and sort, but you still answer and book the meeting. Waalaxy AI promises the full agent, from target to booked meeting, but it is in beta and sold separately.
MimikFlow starts from the other end: prospect search from your target, replies by the AI Setter, booking on real calendar slots and follow-through around the meeting in one product, from €97 per month for the conversation part. If you want to run your own sequences at the lowest price, Waalaxy is enough. If you want to hand off everything up to the meeting, try MimikFlow for 14 days with no credit card.

Do you need Sales Navigator to use Waalaxy?
No. Waalaxy imports from regular LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator, Recruiter Lite or a CSV file. Sales Navigator mainly helps you refine your lists.
Is Waalaxy safe for my LinkedIn account?
No automation tool removes the risk of a LinkedIn restriction. Waalaxy says it uses human-like timing, daily action limits and safe automation rules, with up to 800 invitations per month. MimikFlow caps invitations at 40 per day, sends during the hours you choose and applies a weekly ceiling tied to your LinkedIn plan.
Does Waalaxy still need a Chrome extension?
No. According to its help center (July 2026), Waalaxy is fully cloud-based and the Chrome extension was removed from the Chrome Web Store. MimikFlow does not use one either: your LinkedIn account is connected through a secure page.
Can I cancel Waalaxy anytime?
Yes. You turn off auto-renewal and keep access until the end of the paid period. On yearly billing that period is twelve months, paid upfront.
Waalaxy or MimikFlow: which should you choose?
Pick Waalaxy if you want to run LinkedIn, or LinkedIn and email, sequences yourself at the lowest price and handle the replies.
