Yadulink is a French LinkedIn prospecting tool that spots interest signals (profile visits, likes, comments, received invitations) and runs sequences from a web app, with no Chrome extension. Pro costs €99 per month or €790 per year, excluding VAT, after a 7-day trial with no card. Strong for acting on signals and wiring up your stack, but it does not advertise calendar booking.

What is Yadulink and who is it for?

Yadulink is a LinkedIn prospecting product published by AVICLICK, a French company. The premise is simple: instead of starting from a cold list, start from what LinkedIn already tells you. When someone views your profile, likes or comments on a post, sends you an invitation or engages with a competitor, Yadulink captures that signal, ties it to the person's profile and suggests what to do next.

The mechanics will look familiar. You import a list (a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search, people who reacted to a post, group members, a company page or a CSV), qualify it in the built-in CRM, then build a sequence: profile visit, invitation with or without a note, message, follow-up at day 3 or day 7. A preview mode shows exactly what will go to whom, daily quotas and exclusions protect the account, and the sequence stops as soon as the prospect replies. Replies land in an inbox with labels and AI suggestions.

Yadulink runs server-side, so there is nothing to install in your browser and no tab to leave open. Where it stands out is connectivity: the public API, an MCP server for Claude or ChatGPT, webhooks, n8n, Make and Zapier all ship in the Pro plan. Its stated philosophy keeps a human on the message and the decision. The AI drafts, summarizes and suggests; Yadulink does not present an agent that carries the conversation to a booked meeting on its own.

Who the tool is built for

  • Founders and consultants who post on LinkedIn and want likes, comments and profile views to turn into conversations
  • Teams that want to drive prospecting from Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Make or Zapier through the API and MCP
  • People who prefer to review every message before it goes out rather than hand off the conversation
  • Agencies that need separate team workspaces per client and are fine negotiating a custom deal

How much does Yadulink cost in 2026?

Pricing fits on two lines: a public Pro plan at €99 per month or €790 per year, excluding VAT, with a 7-day trial that needs no card and no commitment, and a Custom offer with no listed price for teams and agencies. The English pricing page also shows euros, so prices stay in euros here. The pricing page does not say whether Pro covers one LinkedIn account or one user, and API usage draws on a monthly credit allowance whose details are only visible once you are logged in.

What do users say about Yadulink?

On 30 September 2026, Yadulink's Trustpilot page showed 4.8 out of 5 from 372 reviews, with 84% five-star ratings and a profile claimed by the company since September 2024. The visible reviews mostly mention quick setup, time saved on LinkedIn automation and responsive support during onboarding.

One caveat: several visible reviews date from 2025 and describe the product as it was then, and none of the displayed reviews discusses the €99 price. The G2 page could not be read (access denied) and no valid Capterra listing was found on that date, so neither rating is used here.

What are Yadulink's strengths?

  • Interest signals come first

Likes, comments, profile visits, received invitations and competitor engagement are collected in one place, timestamped and linked to the profile. Passive automations can react to them, for example accepting an invitation and sending a welcome message.

  • One plan, heavily connected

The public API, MCP server, webhooks, n8n, Make, Zapier and CRM connections (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Sheets, Slack) are all in Pro. There is no higher tier to unlock them.

  • No Chrome extension

Yadulink runs server-side: nothing to install, nothing to keep open. Sales Navigator is optional, and imports work from a free LinkedIn account.

  • Documented guardrails

Daily quotas, randomized delays between actions, automatic exclusions, preview before launch, stop on first reply and a log of every action. Yadulink itself calls these guardrails, not a guarantee.

  • Content and outreach together

Post scheduling, a publishing calendar, personalized feeds and AI comments sit next to prospecting, which helps if your pipeline depends on what you publish.

What are Yadulink's limits?

  • One entry price, and not a low one

There is no small tier left: the only public plan is €99 per month excluding VAT. For a freelancer who only wants a few invitations and follow-ups, that is a steep first step.

  • No calendar booking advertised

Yadulink detects messages asking for a call or a demo, then creates a draft, a CRM task, a Slack alert or a webhook. None of the pages we read advertises a calendar connection or booking a slot.

  • The AI assists, it does not run the conversation

The inbox offers reply suggestions and drafts, and Yadulink presents human review as a principle. If you want an AI that answers prospects on its own, that is not what the vendor promotes.

  • Multi-account without a public price

Team workspaces with roles, seats and per-client lists exist, but the pricing page does not say what an extra LinkedIn account or user costs. Teams and agencies are sent to the Custom offer.

  • API credits not published

API usage consumes a monthly credit allowance whose rates are only visible once logged in, which makes heavy usage hard to budget upfront.

  • LinkedIn only

Yadulink states that it is not meant for mass email campaigns or channels other than LinkedIn.

When is Yadulink the better choice?

  • You want to connect prospecting to n8n, Make, Zapier, your CRM or an AI assistant through an API and MCP from the entry plan.
  • You want to read and approve every message and every reply before it goes out.
  • Your pipeline runs on your own posts and you want post scheduling and comments in the same tool as outreach.
  • You are happy to pay yearly: €790 excluding VAT for twelve months of Pro with every integration included.

And when does MimikFlow fit better?

  • You want the AI to answer prospects itself and book the meeting on real slots in your calendar (Calendly, Cal.com, iClosed), from Pro at €97 per month.
  • You want the tool to find prospects from a target described in a few lines instead of importing lists.
  • You want follow-through around the meeting: a reminder before the call, recovery after a no-show or cancellation, and a return at the date the prospect asked for.
  • Your entry budget is tight: Découverte starts at €49 per month with profile visitors, post reactions and up to 6 follow-ups.

What is our verdict on Yadulink?

Yadulink has become a serious signal-driven LinkedIn tool. Its guardrails are explained without magic promises, and its integration depth is unusual: API, MCP and webhooks are part of the base plan. If you like keeping your hands on each message and want LinkedIn signals to flow into your own tools, it does that job well.

The trade-off is where the work stops. Yadulink helps you spot the right moment and prepare the reply, but the conversation and the booking stay with you. MimikFlow starts from the same raw material (profile visitors, post reactions) and carries it further: an AI-written first message, follow-ups, an AI Setter that answers and books a real slot, then follow-through around the meeting. If your time goes into conversations and scheduling calls, MimikFlow is the more direct choice; if your priority is plugging LinkedIn into your stack, Yadulink holds up.

What do people ask about Yadulink?

How much does Yadulink cost in 2026?

On 30 September 2026, Yadulink lists one Pro plan at €99 per month excluding VAT, or €790 per year on annual billing. A Custom offer with no public price covers teams and agencies. The €39.99 or €49 monthly prices you may still see on third-party sites are old grids, according to the vendor.

Does Yadulink have a free trial?

Yes. The trial lasts 7 days, gives full access to every Pro feature and does not require a credit card. There is no permanent free plan on the pricing page.

Yadulink or MimikFlow: which one should I choose?

Pick Yadulink if you want to spot LinkedIn signals, approve every message yourself and connect the tool to your CRM, n8n or an AI assistant from the entry plan. Pick MimikFlow if you want to hand off what comes next: prospect search from your target, AI-written first message and follow-ups, then, from Pro at €97 per month, an AI Setter that answers and books the meeting in your calendar. MimikFlow's trial lasts 14 days with no credit card.

Does Yadulink work without a Chrome extension?

Yes. Yadulink says it runs server-side, with no extension to install and no tab to keep open. MimikFlow also works without an extension: your LinkedIn account is connected through a secure page and the machine runs without your browser open.

Do I need Sales Navigator to use Yadulink?

No. Yadulink states that imports work from a free LinkedIn account, with Sales Navigator as one import source among others (searches, posts, groups, company pages, CSV).

How does Yadulink protect my LinkedIn account?

No automation tool removes the risk of a LinkedIn restriction. Yadulink says so itself: by default it applies daily quotas, randomized delays between actions, automatic exclusions, a preview before launch and a stop on the first reply, and it calls these guardrails, not a guarantee. MimikFlow applies its own limits: at most 40 invitations per day, sending hours you choose and a weekly ceiling tied to your LinkedIn plan.

Can I manage several LinkedIn accounts with Yadulink?

Yes, Yadulink offers team workspaces with roles, seats and lists separated by client or member. The price of an extra account or user is not published, though: teams and agencies go through the Custom offer. At MimikFlow, the Agence plan at €167 per month includes 2 LinkedIn accounts, then €79 per month per extra account, up to 5.

Does Yadulink use AI?

Yes. Yadulink advertises AI comments, an inbox with AI replies and suggestions, message drafts to approve and an AI agent you can drive through MCP. The vendor frames AI as a decision assistant: a human keeps the final say on the message and the decision.

Every price, limit and rating on this page was read on September 30, 2026 on Yadulink's public pages or on the review page cited. Vendors change their offers, so check their pricing page before you subscribe. MimikFlow is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Yadulink.
