Visible reviews credit the time saved, but complain that the automation still leaves plenty of manual work, that support is uneven and that monthly versus annual billing was confusing. For a freelancer who just wants to scale invitations and keep control of every conversation, it is an economical starting point, as long as you pick the right tier. Most of the useful features (campaigns, funnels, integrations, alerts) only come together in Advanced and Unlimited.
The gap with MimikFlow is what happens before and after sending. Octopus CRM does not find prospects for you, does not write messages with AI and does not handle replies.
