Sinky, formerly CopilotCRM, is a French multichannel prospecting tool: LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and calls, a database of 210M+ contacts, a unified inbox and an AI copilot. Starter costs €49 excl. VAT per month with one channel of your choice, Team €147 excl. VAT for 3 seats, after a 7-day trial. A good fit if you want to stay in control: the AI mostly drafts replies you approve.

What is Sinky and who is it for?
Sinky is the new name of CopilotCRM: the old copilotcrm.ai domain now redirects to sinky.ai. It is published in France by EF Consulting, a simplified joint-stock company registered in Toulouse and chaired by Enzo Farné. It pitches itself as an all-in-one prospecting tool: you source or import leads, launch multichannel sequences and track replies and opportunities in one place.
To find prospects, Sinky advertises a database of 210M+ B2B contacts, filterable by industry, job, company size, revenue, technologies or fundraising, a plain-language search, and imports from Sales Navigator, LinkedIn search, the people who reacted to a post, or a CSV file. Emails and phone numbers are found on demand. Sequences mix LinkedIn profile visits, invitations, messages, post reactions and comments with email, WhatsApp and calls, and a reply on one channel stops follow-ups on the others.
The AI, called Copilot, ranks conversations by priority, scores opportunities, writes messages and drafts replies. Its FAQ says nothing is sent without your approval, while the agencies page mentions letting the AI run conversations end to end and generate meetings directly. None of the pages we read describe booking into a calendar.

What do users say about Sinky?
- 4.8/5 on Trustpilot, 62 reviewsView page
We found no G2 or Capterra page for Sinky on 30 September 2026. Its Trustpilot profile, still attached to the old copilotcrm.ai domain, shows 4.8/5 from 62 reviews, with 97% five-star and 3% four-star ratings and 29 reviews in the last 12 months. The profile has been claimed since April 2026, and Trustpilot notes the company has not invited reviews recently.
Recent reviews mostly mention time saved, how easy sequences are to set up and how responsive the founder and team are. Several users say they book more meetings, which we cannot verify. A January 2026 review says the software is not perfect yet while praising how the team listens. At 62 reviews, the sample is small.
What are Sinky's strengths?
Real multichannel
LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and calls combine in one sequence, and a reply on one channel stops follow-ups on the others. LinkedIn, Gmail and WhatsApp conversations land in a single inbox.
A built-in contact database
210M+ B2B contacts, filters for revenue, technologies or fundraising, a plain-language search, and email and phone finding on demand. Useful when you need to reach people outside your LinkedIn network.
A pipeline that updates itself
Statuses move forward with the conversations, with no data entry. The AI scores opportunities and the dashboards split results by channel and campaign.
A copilot that leaves you in control
Copilot ranks the day's tasks, drafts replies from the conversation history and your offer, and learns from your feedback. If you want to read every message before it goes out, that is how its FAQ describes it.
Clear team pricing
The Team plan gives 3 seats for €147 excl. VAT per month, with onboarding and help migrating from another CRM.
What are Sinky's limits?
One channel on Starter
At €49 excl. VAT per month, Starter includes a single channel of your choice among LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp. The multichannel promise needs more, and the page does not publish how or at what price you add a channel.
AI replies you approve
The Copilot FAQ says the AI drafts replies that you approve before sending and that nothing goes out without your approval. It saves writing time, but every reply still goes through you. The agencies page mentions an end-to-end mode without explaining how it works.
No calendar booking described
Sinky promises to take you "from the right lead to the booked meeting" and tracks meetings in its dashboards, but no page describes a calendar connection or booking on real slots. Nothing is advertised around the meeting either, such as reminders or no-show recovery.
Unpublished variable costs
Enrichment credits and the price of an extra seat are not shown. Your real budget depends on how many emails and numbers you look up.
A short trial and limited integrations
The trial lasts 7 days. On the CRM side, Sinky mentions CSV import and export; "advanced integrations" are listed on the Enterprise plan, which is still coming soon.

When is Sinky the better choice?
- You prospect on several channels at once, including email, WhatsApp and the phone, and want one inbox for all of it. MimikFlow runs neither email sequences nor calls.
- You need a contact database with emails and phone numbers to reach people outside your LinkedIn network.
- You want to read and approve every reply before it goes out, with an AI that sorts conversations and drafts answers.
- You are building a team of three: €147 excl. VAT per month for 3 seats, with onboarding and migration help.
- You want a light sales pipeline that moves on its own with the conversations, without a separate CRM.
And when does MimikFlow fit better?
- You want the AI to answer prospects itself and book the meeting on real slots in your calendar (Calendly, Cal.com, iClosed): that is the AI Setter, from Pro at €97 per month.
- You want follow-through around the meeting: a reminder, recovery after a no-show or cancellation, scheduled messages before and after, and a return at the date the prospect asked for.
- You mainly prospect on LinkedIn and want to turn your profile visitors and post reactions into prospects, prioritized by dated buying signals (new job, hiring, fundraising).
- You want a longer test: 14 days with no credit card, with Pro-level access.
What is our verdict on Sinky?
Sinky is a serious option if you prospect on several channels. The contact database, unified inbox and automatic pipeline cover a good share of a salesperson's work, and the Team plan stays affordable for three people. Watch the Starter plan though: at €49 excl. VAT it includes only one channel of your choice.
On the AI side, the promise depends on the page. Copilot drafts replies you approve before sending, while the agencies page talks about an AI that runs conversations end to end. No page describes booking on real calendar slots or follow-through around the meeting.
MimikFlow does no email and no calls. It focuses on LinkedIn, with WhatsApp as an option, but prospect search, replies by the AI Setter, booking on real calendar slots and follow-through around the meeting are in one product. If you need multichannel outreach with a contact database, Sinky is a good candidate. If you want to hand off the LinkedIn conversation up to the meeting, try MimikFlow for 14 days.

VAT per month for 30 members, is marked "Coming soon". No yearly price is shown, and enrichment credits are paid as you use them at an unpublished price.
Does Sinky have a free trial?
Yes, a 7-day free trial with access to lead sourcing, multichannel campaigns, AI messages, the central inbox and the automatic pipeline. There is no permanent free plan on the pricing page.
Are Sinky and CopilotCRM the same tool?
Yes. Sinky is the new name of CopilotCRM: the copilotcrm.ai domain redirects to sinky.ai, and the tool's Trustpilot profile is still attached to the old domain.
Does Sinky's AI reply to prospects on its own?
It depends on the page you read. The Copilot FAQ says it drafts replies that you approve before sending and that nothing goes out without your approval. The agencies page mentions letting the AI run conversations end to end and generate meetings. No page describes booking into a calendar.
Does Sinky handle email, WhatsApp and phone?
Yes. Sinky combines LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and calls in one sequence, with a unified inbox and email and phone finding. The Starter plan includes only one channel of your choice, though.
Is Sinky safe for my LinkedIn account?
No automation tool removes the risk of a LinkedIn restriction. Sinky says it caps daily volumes and spreads actions through the day with varying delays between steps, without publishing a number. MimikFlow caps invitations at 40 per day, sends during the hours you choose and applies a weekly ceiling tied to your LinkedIn plan.
Sinky or MimikFlow: which should you choose?
Pick Sinky if you prospect on several channels with a contact database and want to approve replies yourself. Pick MimikFlow if your outreach runs through LinkedIn and you want the AI to reply, book real calendar slots and handle the follow-through around the meeting: €49 per month to start, €97 with the AI Setter, and a 14-day trial with no credit card.
